Additional Regulations and Guidelines for Special Use Permits <br /> Event organizers may be required to pay additional fees and /or perform additional <br /> responsibilities when applying for a special use permit. <br /> 1 Security and Traffic Control - Event organizers may be required to provide <br /> security and traffic control depending on the type of event and the number of <br /> expected participants and spectators. <br /> 2 Restrooms - If there are not enough on -site restrooms, portable restrooms must <br /> be provided and removed at the expense of the event organizer. Organizers must <br /> supply portable restrooms for people with disabilities. Location of portables must <br /> be approved by the City. <br /> 3. Signage - Event organizers are allowed to place signage that recognizes <br /> corporate support for an organized event. Signs must comply with City of Eugene <br /> and Eugene School District 4J sign requirements.
