Use of the permit for <br /> any unauthorized purpose results in forfeiture' of fees and possible sanctions against <br /> the group. The permit must be available on site. <br /> General Field Regulations and Policies <br /> 1. Site and Facility Clean-up - The applicant is responsible for set -up, clean -up, <br /> and any damages to the facilities resulting in its use of the facility. The City of <br /> Eugene will bill applicant for damages or losses in excess of the deposit. <br /> Clean -up includes, but is not limited to: picking up liter, dumping garbage cans, <br /> cleaning up food and beverage spills. <br /> 2.
