In November, Jim <br /> Croteau responded to Bill Hirsch in a letter dated November 29, 2000 telling him that after consulting <br /> with the City Attorney we proposed that the school district adopt a version of the park rules and send <br /> EPD a letter authorizing enforcement of the rules.
