You <br /> may now request funding for the work conducted under this project. You should have a full <br /> copy of the supporting back -up documentation for this PW on file. When a PW total is less <br /> than $120,000 (small project), distribution of the federal share of the eligible cost estimate <br /> can be made upon your request for payment. <br /> Enclosed you will also find a copy of the Payment Request form that must be filled out to <br /> request funds. The project does not have to be finished, nor do the costs have to be <br /> verified (small projects only) to receive payment. The payment amount will be the approved <br /> PW amount. <br /> Although this is a federal disaster, certain federal, state and local laws still apply.
