A severe winter storm occurring February 6 -10, <br /> 2014, brought a mixture of arctic air, strong east winds, and <br /> significant snowfall along with freezing rain and ice. The <br /> Applicant utilized Force account labor, equipment, materials <br /> and purchased materials, and contractors to move hazardous <br /> limbs, trees, and debris from various improved areas <br /> throughout the city of Eugene; labor includes monitoring of the <br /> contractors. The applicant and contractors collected 3607.06 <br /> CY of debris which was removed and hauled to green waste <br /> recycle facilities: Lane Forest Products (DEQ #1426) at 2111 <br /> Prairie Road, Eugene, and Rexius (DEQ #1524) at 150 Hwy 99, <br /> Eugene, for the final disposal. Applicant is participating in the <br /> Debris Pilot Program.
