Include parks and street departments; this required a large <br /> number of labor hours due to labor intensive hand work was required to move hazard limbs, trees and debris in various improved areas throughout <br /> the city of Eugene, the labor hrs. Also includes monitoring of the contractors the monitoring of the contractors was not broken out separately from <br /> the debris cleanup hrs. Force account equipment hours 1,068.2. The applicant and contractors collected 150 CY of debris which was removed <br /> and hauled to a green waste recycle facility (Lane Forest location) for the final disposal. The applicant chipped on site 200 CY, and the contractors <br /> chipped 380 CY on site then hauled the chipped material to the closest staging site in which the general public had access to the chipped material <br /> for free. The applicant and contractors collected, chipped and /or removed a total of 730 CY of debris. The average distance from where the debris <br /> was collected to the staging area of the chipped material was 3 miles.
