The Applicant utilized Force account labor, equipment, materials and <br /> purchased materials, and contractors to move hazardous limbs, trees, and debris from various improved <br /> areas throughout the city of Eugene; labor includes monitoring of the contractors. The applicant and <br /> contractors collected 3607.06 CY of debris which was removed and hauled to green waste recycle <br /> facilities: Lane Forest Products (DEQ #1426) at 2111 Prairie Road, Eugene, and Rexius (DEQ #1524) at <br /> 150 Hwy 99, Eugene, for the final disposal. Applicant is participating in the Debris Pilot Program.
