This report details options for the development of a Whitewater Park in Grant's Pass, <br /> Oregon. Considerable public interest has been expressed in such a park and preliminary <br /> investigations have revealed that the Rogue River possesses the required flow and gradient <br /> characteristics to create an outstanding Whitewater Park. This report is being prepared as a <br /> preliminary design to identify the advantages and disadvantages of each site and to suggest <br /> possible avenues of development.
