Scope of Work: Within the proposed corridor, one City of <br /> Eugene -owned parcel lays on a high probability Iandform for cultural <br /> resources. This parcel is on the west side of Danebo Avenue. A <br /> series of up to 18 shovel (30x30 cm) and auger (20 cm diameter) <br /> probes will be excavated in the 60 x 60 meter area potentially affected <br /> by construction of the parkway corridor. Probes will be excavated at <br /> minimum 20 meter intervals. <br /> (Attach research design) <br /> Plan for reporting results: <br /> Report of findings to be submitted to the Oregon Department of <br /> Transportation, the State Historic Preservation Office, the City of <br /> Eugene, The Confederated Tribes of the Grand Ronde, the <br /> Confederated Tribes of Siletz, the Commission on Indian Services, <br /> and the State Museum of Anthropology. <br /> Curation Temporary Curatorial Lab or Facility: <br /> ORS 358.920, 390.235(3). Consultation Confederated Tribes of Siletz on June 5, 2006. <br /> should occur during the 30-day review <br /> period. <br /> Where feasible, a copy is submitted to CIS within two days of receipt, requesting the most appropriate tribe. The application will <br /> not be circulated unless it is complete and accompanied with the extra documentation requirements for private land: 1) signed <br /> landowner permission; and 2) landowner agreement on curation. Copies of this form are then sent to the landowner, local <br /> planning department, OSMA, CIS and appropriate tribe(s). Parks gives them 31 calendar days from the latter date to comment <br /> and return the comments.
