Direct relationships between <br /> crews are set out in a separate issue. <br /> The Known Constraints of this Project are: <br /> The Team is charged with Consultative (Level 3) Decision- Making Authority. <br /> The action team provides research, analysis, creativity, and solid thinking to produce a series of process <br /> design recommendations or solutions, but the team holds no authority to decide on which, if any, will <br /> be implemented.
