The below <br /> text outlines what is contained in the spreadsheet. «File Attachment: PK CAP.WK3» <br /> 1. Change the $ 45,000 appropriation funding on SMJ easement (945263) from 011 to Park UT (922082) and <br /> move this freed up $35,870 into Ballfield lighting (935622). NOTE: we should of already moved $9,130 of this <br /> into the ballfield account in an earlier transaction. <br /> 2. Zero account (912113) SMJ -House rehab and move all $14,551 into Ballfield lighting (945263). <br /> 3. Zero account (945213) Wash. Basketball CT. and move the remaining $ 7,772.45 into Ballfield lighting <br /> (945263) <br /> 4. Zero account (945102) Tennis Court rehab. and move the $ 10,000 into Ballfield lighting (945263) <br /> 5. Move $8,000 out of (935112) Park Development and into Ballfield lighting (945263) <br /> 6. J.E. $32,807 of 011 funds out of Alton Baker Bike Path Rehab. (935742) and replace that funding with Park <br /> UT funds from (922082). Take the $32,807 freed up and put it into Ballfield lighting (945263.) <br /> NOTE: This actions taken on #1 and #6 used basically all our available Park UT capital monies until FY -95 <br /> funds are made available. <br /> Overall this action should have increased Ballfield lighting by: <br /> $ 36,870 <br /> 14,551 <br /> 7,772 <br /> 10,000 <br /> 8,000 <br /> 32,807 <br /> $ 110,000 as need for the ballfield lighting at Shasta <br /> Thanks Johnny. <br /> Page 1 <br />
