The vote <br /> was to continue as constituted_ I strongly object to re- <br /> visiting this issues. <br /> THE VISION THING <br /> -- Scobert Park is: Eugene's most beautiful. A gem in a <br /> splendid park system. A bit of natural space and beauty in an <br /> urban setting. It should be cafe. Clean. Moms should feel safe in <br /> bringing their bids to play in it.
