I called a friend at OSU, Greg Walker, described <br /> the situation and got his recommendations for local folks. <br /> They include Jackie Gibson who's the director of the UO <br /> mediation program and Jim Melamed. Both Jackie and Jim have <br /> extensive experience in mediation /high conflict situations. <br /> Jackie has done some community mediation issues, I'm not sure <br /> about Jim. <br /> Greg suggested that, given the highly polarized nature of the <br /> current situation, someone with good conflict resolution <br /> skills would be desireable.
