Make clear <br /> this group is representing the community as a whole. Also, be clear regarding the advisory <br /> power of this group. <br /> Need both a staff facilitator and a committee chairperson from within the committee to act as a <br /> facilitator. Bob Hammitt to act as lead from a technical standpoint. Staff (preferably), or an <br /> outside facilitator will lead and direct the meetings. <br /> Agendas should be established in advance. Have staff on hand at the meetings with knowledge <br /> of particular agenda items. <br /> Committee should complete their task by April. <br /> Staff group will meet twice the week of October 14th to discuss the selection process, etc. <br /> Notices will be sent out immediately. <br />
