Their intentions and desires are <br /> to close the park for several months in order to revitalize an <br /> area that has been abused through drug use and trafficing as <br /> well as other mis -use. With 5 members present (4 absent), the <br /> vote was unanimous to support the re- vitalization of Scobert <br /> Park.
