97404
TABLE 40V
1 don't believe it is a good area for homes; It is near sawmills and industrial area There are better places to build. The city
doesn't need to grow in this direction.
I think it will cost the tax payers money to maintain and there is some concem about the children being near the railroad
tracks.
Because it is not their property to trade if they have to condemn it to acquire it. I don't think the proposed location is
appropriate for a community park.
97405
Emphasis of acquiring parkland needs to be in the South Hill, not Santa Clara. The citizens in Santa Clara are against the
project being shoved down their throat.
Don't need big park
97404
I don't want anything Ike the development that is that large. I don't like the idea of low income housing. We don't want a big
park, just small neighborhood parks work great. Tax increases are next.
This area can't support that big of a project. The roads aren't built for that much traffic. We really don't need that big of a park.
We have enough now
1 am not opposed to a park but I don't want all the houses. We don't need a big park. Property taxes would be raised. We
have a nice park. The citizens came up with a proposal that makes sense.
We don't need that big a park. Those developer brothers are getting more handed to them than they should. They should build
the park out of their own deep pockets.
Don't like to see the farmland gone. Don't think we need a huge park with the traffic problems. Should build several smaller
parks. Don't want additional housing with traffic problems.
Wetlands issue
97402
Can't see destroying prime farmland, and the overcrowding of schools. I want to save the wetlands that we have left. The City
just wants to add to their tax base.
I want to preserve the wetlands and the fame lands.
97403
I think the agricultural and wetlands need to be preserved.
97404
Preservations of the wildlife and wetlands in my area. I don't want anything behind my house. The traffic would increase
dramatically.
Ridgeline trail issue
97401
I think Ridgeline needs to be left for parks and I think it just needs to be left the way it is for a while and slow down this
developer.
