e) Preserve rural lands and open spaces outside of the Eugene/Springfield Urban <br /> Growth Boundary but within the established boundaries of the River Road and <br /> Santa Clara neighborhoods, with particular attention to implementing the parks <br /> and open space and surface water integration actions suggested in the <br /> Community Landscapes strategy. <br /> PROS Plan Strategies: <br /> D -2. Protect and enhance a variety of habitat types within Eugene's park and open space <br /> system, including oak savanna, wetlands, riparian areas, grassland prairies, forests, and <br /> working landscapes such as farm and forest land. <br /> D -8.
