The fmancing to date has made it <br /> possible for us to provide important services, which the community clearly appreciates and supports. We are <br /> requesting that the City remain in partnership with CRC in realizing the remainder of our shared goals, by <br /> converting the balance of the contract amount (approximately $95,000) to fmancing payable at $500 /month <br /> and 3%% interest per annum (the current terms), which would pay off in approximately 23 years.
