*Management will not be subject to membership censure unless its duties are not <br /> performed in a reasonable manner as deemed by the Executive Board. <br /> *Management agrees that at the end of this contract it will provide no less than • <br /> matching funds in the proper institutions that it starts with. <br /> *Management will endeavor to continue EVBMX as a nonprofit organization. <br /> *My net profit (those moneys over the current amount that have no liabilities against <br /> them) may be claimed by management as salaries. If no net profit is realized no salary <br /> will be allowed. <br /> At the end of the contract term Management will arrange a meeting of the membership <br /> as to the future management of EVBMX.
