• <br /> -fe to 2- <br /> l S <br /> O <br /> l MANAGEMENT CONTRACT <br /> "EMERALD VALLEY BMX" et al <br /> This contract is binding between Emerald Valley BMX and Scott Snook 3055 Powell St. <br /> Eugene, Oregon 97405. This establishes that the EVBMX Executive Board will suspend <br /> the bylaws currently in effect for a period of not less than the life span of this <br /> contract, as they pertains to this agreement. The EVBMX Executive Board will contract <br /> Mr. Snook as its sole agent and manager. THIS contract will Begin October 7, 1996 <br /> and continue through December 15,1998. The Management position will provide <br /> responsibility for EVBMX activities. <br /> *The EVBMX Executive Board will continue throughout this contract and may <br /> provide audits as it pertains to this relationship. <br /> Further Duties will include: <br /> *Management will arrange for election of Executive Board members as needed. <br /> *Management will recruit, hire or otherwise provide staffing for all EVBMX physical <br /> plant needs. <br /> *Management will also be named Track Operator and enjoy exclusive dealings with the <br /> ABA as to EVBMX <br /> *Management will adjust EV13MX track rules, procedures, and policies as it sees fit <br /> within the confines of the ABA rule book. <br /> *Management will be the sole negotiator with the City of Eugene and other <br /> municipalities as agent for the EVBMX Executive Board. <br /> *Management will abide by all agreements made to the City of Eugene, its lease and <br /> to Alton Baker Park. <br /> *Management will be responsible for all purchase decisions. <br /> *Management will provide a bimonthly newsletter that will provide current financial <br /> status and keep membership apprised as to upcoming events, etc. <br /> *Management will endeavor to use its influence and abilities to restore EVBMX to its <br /> former reputation as one of the top 60 tracks in the world (BMX Plus 1988) <br /> r r 19; <br /> Y 6.. <br />
