Fish and Wildlife Service shall: <br /> I. forward copies of all new information on these species to the Green Mountain Resort <br /> 2. refer inquiries on Green Mountain Resort management of these species to Green Mountain • <br /> Resort <br /> 3. provide technical assistance to Green Mountain Resort <br /> 4. re- evaluate the status of these species annually or as needed and shall propose appropriate <br /> action or modifications if Their status changes <br /> 5. cooperate in cost- sharing of studies and similar actions specific to this Conservation <br /> Agreement; as allowed by FWS pre- listingg and recovery funding <br /> C. Washington State Department of Natural Resources shall: <br /> 1. forward copies of all new information on these species to the Green Mountain Resort <br /> 2. refer inquiries on Green Mountain Resort management of these species to Green Mountain <br /> Resort . <br /> 3. provide technical assistance to Green Mountain Resort <br /> 4. re- evaluate the status of these species annually or as needed and shall propose appropriate <br /> action or modifications if its status changes <br /> 5. cooperate in cost.sharing of studies and similar actions specific to this Conservation <br /> Agreement, as allowed by funding <br />
