The authority for the Service to enter into this voluntary <br /> Conservation Agreement derives from the Endangered Species Act of <br /> 1973, as amended; the Fish and Wildlife Act of 1956, as amended; <br /> and the Fish and Wildlife Coordination Act, as amended. <br /> B.
