He mentioned expenses for <br /> fencing and bark -o- mulch, but is also interested in any other expenditures. <br /> He also wants copies of any proposed budgets for the park. He wants the <br /> information before the hearing next week. We recommend that you confirm <br /> his public record information request in writing, estimate the cost to <br /> fulfill the request and require payment in advance for the cost.
