This grant is made possible through the Eva Chiles Meyer <br /> Fund #1 of The Oregon Community Foundation and is to be used for the completion of a new <br /> facility for Child Care, Inc.. <br /> Payment of the grant is contingent on your organization raising,the balance of the project budget. <br /> The Foundation will release funds on receipt of a financial statement from you documenting both the <br /> source and the amount of support.
