used for any other purpose, Seller, its successors or assigns may terminate Buyer's, its <br /> successor's or assign's estate in the property and reenter and repossess the Property and <br /> thereafter peaceably hold and enjoy the same as if this conveyance had not been made; <br /> 5.2 If, on or prior to February 1, 2001, Buyer has failed to re- locate its child <br /> care center to the Property, Seller, its successors or assigns may terminate Buyer's, its <br /> successor's or assign's estate in the property and reenter and repossess the Property and <br /> thereafter peaceably hold and enjoy the same as if this conveyance had not been made; <br /> 6. Possession. Buyer shall be entitled to possession immediately upon closing. <br /> 7.
