J
TO: Audit Files
FROM: CLB
DATE: October 9,1990
RE: Child Care Inc. #21801
A brief audit of this facility was conducted to familiarize myself with the
property and to review the findings of the "Nagao Report" that revealed this
property as one of the least best priority 5 buildings.
I met the new Director Diane Schultz who had worked at the facility in the
past. Diane told me that this was a non - profit organization geared to the
lower income families and the City of Eugene allowed use of the facility. She
told me that Roy took care of her maintenance needs, however they were on a
very low budget so the consequences are apparent.
It is this evaluators opinion that the findings of the "Nagao Report" were
lenient in all areas.
