We have recently learned <br /> Dennis is no longer with your firm and that our file may have been given to you. There are a few areas where we would like to suggest Julie Harrris, <br /> changes in wording that would further clarify these agreements. The following are the Vice- President <br /> items regarding the Real Property Sale Agreement (copy enclosed) we had been <br /> attempting to discuss with Dennis: Charlene Larison, <br /> Treasurer <br /> • Recital. Does "other funding commitment" include the donation <br /> of supplies and labor? Can the wording referring to "the current practice of Buyer of <br /> being open to all families residing within the City of Eugene" be reworded to state Chris Peck <br /> our current practice of all Eugene families being eligible to enroll?
