e. Snow and ice control of the COUNTY owned portions of Spring Blvd. and the four entrance <br /> and exit ramps for the 30th /Spring Blvd. interchange. <br /> f. Snow and ice control of the COUNTY owned portion of Maxwell Road west of Maxwell <br /> Overpass. <br /> g. Maintenance of traffic control markings on COUNTY owned portions of the following roads: <br /> 1. West Enid Road west of Hwy 99 <br /> 2. Airport Road <br /> 3. Gilham Road <br /> 4. Willow Creek Road from 18th Avenue to Reynolds Road. <br /> h. Maintenance of COUNTY owned portions of ramps from 30th Avenue at intersections with <br /> CITY streets including stop signs, yield signs, do not enter signs, guide and directional <br /> signs and other signs adjacent to the intersection. CITY will maintain stop lines and <br /> messages, crosswalks, and legends within or adjacent to the intersection. CITY will <br /> maintain traffic signals at intersections. COUNTY will maintain wrong way and stop ahead <br /> lane and edge lines and stop g p ahead markings. <br /> 6. The COUNTY and CITY have determined that whenever roadways belonging to either party <br /> intersect with a roadway belonging to the other, the party having operational maintenance of <br /> the major roadway shall maintain the guardrail and traffic control devices associated with the <br /> intersection unless otherwise specified in this agreement. Traffic control devices shall include <br /> traffic signs, signals and related equipment, and all markings. <br /> 7. All roadway entrance and exit ramps within the COUNTY owned right -of -way of Delta Highway <br /> South are the maintenance responsibility of COUNTY with the following exceptions at ramp <br /> intersections with CITY roads: CITY will maintain stop signs, yield signs, do not enter signs, <br /> guide and directional signs and other signs adjacent to the intersection. CITY will maintain <br /> stop lines and messages, crosswalks, and legends within or adjacent to the intersection. CITY <br /> will maintain traffic signals at intersections. COUNTY will maintain wrong way and stop ahead <br /> signs, lane and edge lines and stop ahead markings. <br /> 8. COUNTY agrees to provide operational maintenance as described below: <br /> a. Operational maintenance (excluding facility permit issuance and enforcement) on the CITY <br /> owned portions of those streets listed below in the areas east of River Road and north of <br /> Beltline Road, and west of River Road and north of Maxwell Road.
