CITY OF EUGENE
INTER - DEPARTMENTAL MEMORANDUM
CITY ATTORNEY — CIVIL DEPARTMENT
To: K t Corey, Public Works Director
ark Schoening, City Engineer Date: April 28, 2003
Subject: Public Works Status Report
CONFIDENTIAL ATTORNEY /CLIENT COMMUNICATION — NOT
SUBJECT TO RELEASE UNDER THE PUBLIC RECORDS ACT
At long last, here is the Public Works Status Report. It should cover all pending public
works matters in the city attorney's office.
The report is divided into two parts — project files, which tend to last for some time, and t-
files (temporary files) for projects which (in theory) take relatively little time and should be
completed within a month or two.
I apologize for the length of time it has taken to produce this report. It turns out that there
are ten different attorneys working on public works matters; some of the projects tend to be
completed before I can get updates from all the attorneys, while others are relatively inactive, such
as those where we are simply waiting for signed copies of documents.
We will do our best to keep this list up to date.
After you have had a chance to look over the status report, let's sit down to review it together.
HARRANG LONG GARY RUDNICK P.C. —
CITY ATTORNEYS
Jero Lidz
JL:lke
enclosure
