The fees help the City operate and maintain the existing stormwater <br /> system. Although the program is administered by the City of Eugene, the fees are <br /> collected through the Eugene Water and Electric Board (EWER) utility bills. The <br /> fees support the following programs: <br /> * Administration <br /> General program administration and financial management <br /> •Management of the rate setting process and maintenance of the <br /> stormwater customer billing system. <br /> "'EWES billing cost and losses due to uncollectable accounts <br /> • Planning and Management <br /> •Comprehensive basin management plans - creation of stormwater basin <br /> 41' management plans that consider flood protection, water quality, and related <br /> �j natural resource protection. <br /> Ci ■City participation in the Corps of Engineers' Amazon Creek Restoration <br /> Study. <br /> •Engineering services at the Permit and Information Center. <br />
