It is a display of the long term service goals and performance targets for <br /> those goals. Since this is the crux of what we've been aiming for -- long term goals <br /> and performance measures -- we want to make sure that the goals and measures <br /> identified are ones you want and are comfortable with. The attached draft reflects the <br /> work the full technical team did on long term goals and performance targets at its last <br /> meeting with some refinement as a result of a recent meeting involving Les, Johnnie, <br /> Debra, Pam and Jack.
