Service Team <br /> o Gather data <br /> o Develop service goals and objectives <br /> o Identify - ,deeded resources <br /> o Develop strategies to achieve goals and objectives <br /> o Develop performance measures and tracking mechanisms <br /> o Implement strategies <br /> o Monitor and evaluate results of strategies on the goals and objectives. <br /> o Repeat the above steps on an ongoing basis to continuously improve the <br /> group's impact on the goals. <br /> Service Staff <br /> o In FY 95 the role of department staff will be to provide feedback to the <br /> work of the service team and to implement the final workplan. <br /> o Participate in and contribute to process improvement efforts in support of <br /> workplan goals. <br /> Workplan Redesign Project Manager <br /> o Manage three -year work plan redesign project. <br /> o Provide a central contact for the work plan. <br /> o Gather data. <br /> o Coordinate with consulting team. <br /> o Produce the work plan and annual report. <br /> o Assist service team leads. <br /> o Provide a bridge between the department work plan effort and the City <br /> organization's approach to work planning and performance measures. <br /> o Maintain ongoing communication about the work plan redesign project. <br /> o Assist /facilitate meetings. <br />
