The website will make <br /> available to internet users worldwide the most requested documents related to the development and <br /> operation of the Program. The site will also offer visual and narrative (and later sound and video) <br /> introductions to the wetlands and the animals and plants that live there. The site was designed and built <br /> by Neil Bjorklund, Senior Planner with the Eugene Planning and Development Department, with <br /> assistance from Lane Council of Governments and Eugene Public Works Department. Development of <br /> the site will be phased with the first phase shown in the outline below.
