WETLAND APPRECIATION AWARD <br /> Ms. Macdonald presented the 2003 Wetlands Citizen Appreciation award to Cheryl Schultz for her <br /> valuable research on the Fender's blue butterfly in west Eugene. <br /> II. REVIEW AGENDA AND INTRODUCTIONS <br /> Those present introduced themselves. There were no changes made to the agenda. <br /> III. APPROVAL OF DECEMBER 20, 2002 MINUTES <br /> Ms. Macdonald noted that there had been two grants applied for that had been mentioned under The <br /> Nature Conservancy's Report. The first was a National Fish and Wildlife Foundation Grant for the <br /> Willow Corner Project and a second grant from National Fish and Wildlife that would benefit a number of <br /> other projects in the Willamette Valley. <br /> Mr. Running, seconded by Mr. Adams, moved to approve the minutes of December 20, <br /> 2002, as amended. The motion passed unanimously. <br /> IV.
