RFP (Request for Proposal) Advertisement — Architect and CM/GC <br /> (Construction Manager /General Contractor.) <br /> Scheduled to be released in mid -May. <br /> 4. City of Eugene Parks and Open Space Bond Measure <br /> Approximately $1.75 million is proposed as a part of the Parks and Open Space <br /> bond to contribute to the Education Center Project, scheduled for November 2006 ballot. <br /> 5. Zoning or CUP (Conditional Use Permit) <br /> At this time it has been decided that Zoning will remain NR and a CUP will be <br /> developed to meet current zoning requirements. Development of a CUP will begin <br /> following Architect selection. <br /> 6. Lease Agreement(s) with City for use of red house and education center building <br /> site <br /> 7.
