Aquatic vegetation harvesting - may require the use of gradall, dump trucks, or other <br /> specialty equipment to periodically thin or remove masses of aquatic vegetation that <br /> have reached their capacity to absorb stormwater pollutants or that are choking off <br /> drainage ways or other water features. <br />
