Exhibit B <br /> Description of Responsibilities <br /> for Wetland Executive Team Partners <br /> June 13, 1995 <br /> This document is a part of the agreement among the members of the Wetland Executive Team <br /> (WET) concerning management of the West Eugene Wetland Program: the coordinated effort <br /> to implement the West Eugene Wetlands Plan. The members of WET, having signed a <br /> statement of Partnership March 11, 1994, wish to provide a more detailed statement of their <br /> responsibilities implementing the West Eugene Wetlands Plan. This document represents the <br /> Parties' current agreement concerning the division of responsibilities. This description may be <br /> updated and amended as appropriate. Any amendment shall become effective when the <br /> amended document is signed by all the parties. <br /> This document is divided into categories of responsibility corresponding to the divisions of the <br /> West Eugene Wetlands Plan. Within each of the categories of responsibility, particular tasks <br /> of primary importance are listed. Within these tasks, some particular responsibilities of the <br /> parties are listed to illustrate how each party can best contribute to the implementation of the <br /> Plan. The list of responsibilities is not intended to preclude a party from providing assistance <br /> or assuming responsibility for implementation of any aspect of the Plan, whether or not that <br /> task is specifically mentioned in this description of responsibilities. If any party feels that it <br /> can make a contribution not specifically mentioned in connection with that party in this <br /> agreement, the party may notify the other members of WET of its capacity to further <br /> implementation of the Plan. Where appropriate, this Description of Responsibilities can <br /> thereafter be amended to reflect the change in responsibilities. <br /> Where interpretation of any term of this Description of Responsibilities is necessary, the term <br /> shall be interpreted in a manner that makes this Description of Responsibilities consistent with <br /> the Memorandum of Agreement signed by the. parties on June 13, 1995, and with the Plan <br /> adopted by the City on August 10. 1992. <br /> Description of Responsibilities Exhibit B Page 1 <br />
