Need better mechanisms to gage customer feedback / expectations. Have public / private <br /> service expectations changed? i.e. ditch cleaning, leaf pick -up. If public expectations <br /> aren't as high as current service levels, additional staff resources may be available for <br /> change. <br /> 3. Need to develop criteria for selecting capital projects. <br /> 4. Need to determin the relationship of on -going program with change program - some <br /> things have ground to a halt - need clear project evaluation criteria. <br /> 5. How do we make decisions in areas where we do not have established policy? (issues) <br /> - industrial permitting - Council Priority <br /> Other Work Load Issues that May Impact Stormwater Resources <br /> 6. Open space integration plan (Resource impact) <br /> - Council trimester review <br /> - need to update parks plan <br /> - integrate land already identified in different plans for future acquisition <br /> 7. Natural resource update <br /> 8. Growth Management Study - Cost of Service Study <br /> - will provide SDC revision information <br /> 9. SDC update <br /> - Storm Water component (Resource impact) <br /> 10. Staff impact of these service action plans both meetings and workplan results <br />
