Vehicles — Both BLM and personal vehicles are stored on site. How to liability
responsibilities change (or do they) when title transfers?
"Renters" — BLM has fronted the cost for staff from WREN, TNC and the Long Tom
Watershed Council. BLM has supplied things like space, utilities, supplies, computers
including support. Is this something the city would want to continue? Also, would BLM
be shifted to a `renter status' with any expectation to pay rent? If so, how much and for
what services?
Space decisions — How would decisions be made around how to use the space inside the
facilities ?, Would BLM staff be expected to continue being the point on issues like this or
would city staff want to take that over. This means answering questions like who decides
about who sits where? What happens when there are conflicts?
