Access Application of general maintenance standards for <br /> vegetation control (M1) and debris removal (M3). Also <br /> grading or rocking of road surface for a smooth all - <br /> weather access. <br /> M6. Water Quality Swale Year - round as needed <br /> Vegetation Control Per maintenance standard M1. Grass clippings in bottom <br /> of swales to be removed. <br /> Debris Removal Per maintenance standard M3. <br /> Pollution Control Per maintenance standard M4. <br /> Plant Maintenance Per each facility plan if needed. <br /> Silt Removal Remove if more than 10 percent of swale is effected. <br /> Erosion Stabilize if damage is more than two inches deep and <br /> cause is still present. <br /> Fence Repair of damaged gate or fence with holes or bent more <br /> than six inches out of plumb. <br /> M7. Stream Channel Year - round as needed <br /> Vegetation Control Per maintenance standard M1 or vegetation plan for area. <br /> Debris Removal Per maintenance standard M3 or if large object is blocking <br /> stream flow. <br /> Pollution Control Per maintenance standard M4. <br /> Plant Maintenance Per maintenance standard M2 or vegetation plan for area. <br /> Channel Erosion Stabilize if damage is more than three feet long and <br /> persistent or growing. <br /> Trash Rack Clean if 20 percent of opening is blocked or causing a <br /> backwater of six inches or more. <br /> Clark County Storm & Surface Water Utility April 1996 <br /> Maintenance & Operations Cost Page 8 <br />
