The Planning <br /> Director will either approve, conditionally approve, or deny a final application within 30 days of <br /> receipt of a complete application. Notice of the Planning Director's decision will be mailed to <br /> the applicant and interested parties. • <br /> APPEAL OF FINAL PLAN TO HEARINGS OFFICIAL • <br /> • <br /> The Planning Director's decision may be appealed to the Hearings Official within ten days of <br /> the date the decision is mailed. Appeal forms can be obtained at the Permit and Information <br /> Center. Unless the applicant and the appellant agree to a longer time period, the Hearings <br /> Official shall bold the appeal hearing within 45 days of the receipt of the application and will <br /> make a decision within 15 days of the hearing. <br /> • <br /> • <br /> PUD PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT • <br /> Following final approval of a planned unit development, an agreement is prepared assuring that <br /> construction and development will be in accord with the finally approved plans and any <br /> conditions attached to the final approval..
