Unless the applicant and the appellant agree to a longer time period, the Hearings <br /> Official shall bold the appeal hearing within 45 days of the receipt of the application and will <br /> make a decision within 15 days of the hearing. <br /> • <br /> • <br /> PUD PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT • <br /> Following final approval of a planned unit development, an agreement is prepared assuring that <br /> construction and development will be in accord with the finally approved plans and any <br /> conditions attached to the final approval..
