INTRODUCTIONS <br /> Those present introduced themselves. <br /> II. ORIENTATION <br /> Mr. Kolb reviewed the work session agenda that the commission had discussed <br /> at its February 8 meeting and answered questions concerning the details of <br /> the work session. He also pointed out that Section 2.245 of the September <br /> 1989 City Ordinance 19636 that created the Tree Commission was posted on the <br /> wall. <br /> Ms. Richman explained the role of the facilitators. <br /> Mr. Post thanked Ms. Osato for rescheduling the work session. <br /> III. VISION OF EUGENE'S URBAN FOREST IN 2010 <br /> A. Individual Visions <br /> Members took about 15 minutes to write down items that would be included in <br /> their vision of Eugene's urban forest in 2010. <br /> B.
