(it was a <br /> slam - dunk!!!) There were no people wishing to speak in the <br /> public hearing and the Commissioners themselves had no <br /> comments. It passed unanimously. <br /> The ordinance will go into effect in 30 days. As a part of <br /> this we will be working with County staff over the next month <br /> to update the intergovernmental agreement in which the County <br /> passes the administration of the ordinance to us.
