Our campaign <br /> Manager included two prior notices to properties that had out of <br /> ot,ice°' '°ns9mces compliance trees, a great deal of contact with these property <br /> Shar Manager `° owners, and the City offered a free tree trimming disposal <br /> service. <br /> You are receiving this letter because the street trees located in <br /> front of the property listed above are in violation of City <br /> standards. If the trees are not trimmed to City standards <br /> (please see insert regarding tree trimming standards) within 10 <br /> days of your receiving this notice, the City will trim the trees <br /> and you will be billed for the service. <br /> The billing will include the costs of personal services, <br /> materials, disposal, and administrative overhead. If the billing <br /> is not paid within 30 days, it may become a lien against your <br /> property. <br /> We encourage you to join your neighbors and other Gresham <br /> residents who are maintaining the safety and beauty of our <br /> community by properly trimming street trees. If you feel that <br /> your street trees meet City standards, please send us a written <br /> statement to that effect by Tuesday, July 11. The written <br /> statement may be sent to J.C. Davis, Department of Environmental <br /> Services, 2123 S.E. Hogan, Gresham, Oregon 97030.
