You have covered all of the <br /> concerns that I can think of to consider. I am looking at the <br /> LTD issue as different from the private sector simply from the <br /> standpoint of our ability to form an intergovernmental <br /> agreement with them -- something we cannot do with the private <br /> sector. All of the other requirements for appropriate <br /> valuation and whether onsite trees are required to meet other <br /> code conditions should hold. The only other issue would be <br /> the possibility that LTD would sell the site to a private <br /> owner. A clause in the IGA should trigger payment if that <br /> were to occur.
