Thereafter the city shall assume <br /> responsibility for the purchase, installation, and establishment of the street trees; or <br /> CITY PLANTS STREET TREES OPTION <br /> 1. Developer shall pay the city a fee for street trees which is calculated by dividing the <br /> total curb footage of local streets within or abutting the area being developed by 30 <br /> then multiplied by $300, and; <br /> 2. Dividing the total curb footage of collector and arterial streets, and commercial <br /> zoned abutting properties, within or abutting the area being developed by 30 then <br /> multiplied by $400. <br /> 14 <br />
