Developer Planting Option: <br /> Development of Street Tree Plan Agreement 200.00 <br /> Tree Establishment: <br /> Annual maintenance inspections over <br /> three -year establishment period (per year): <br /> 1 -9 trees 150.00 <br /> 10+ trees— additional fee per tree 1.00 <br /> Replacement inspection at conclusion of <br /> establishment period: <br /> 1 -9 trees 150.00 <br /> 10 -49 trees 200.00 <br /> 50+ trees — additional fee per tree 1.00 <br /> In addition to the above fees, a security bond or cash deposit sufficient to ensure performance <br /> under the approved Street Tree Plan shall be provided to the City based on the following <br /> formula: <br /> a) Measure the total length of lots within or abutting the street right of way in the <br /> area being developed. <br /> b) Subtract 15 feet for each leg of the vision clearance zone of each intersection <br /> included within the development. <br /> c) Subtract 30 feet for each residential lot or 80 feet for each commercial or <br /> industrial lot within the development (representing future driveways). <br /> d) Divide by 30. <br /> e) Multiply by 1.10 (representing the 10% anticipated tree mortality). <br /> f) Multiply by $300 for local streets or $400 for collector or arterial streets. <br /> Trees which fail during the establishment period and are replaced will extend the establishment <br /> period an additional three years from the date of the replanting for those trees. <br /> The developer may either request the release of the security bond or cash deposit once all trees on <br /> H: \O2Tree- FullSchedule.wpd <br />
