Tree Replacement. Any tree that falls under one or more of the following <br /> • conditions shall be replaced by the developer during the next approved planting season after <br /> receipt of the notice of the need to replace the tree. <br /> 6.1 1. This shall include any tree that has no live growth originating <br /> in the scaffolding branches. <br /> 6.2 Stressed tree. This shall include any tree that has lost a minimum of 50% <br /> of its total foliage or, has a reduction of 50% of normal leaf size for that species. <br /> '6.3 Non - approved tree. This shall include any variety of tree that is not listed <br /> on the Approved Street Tree Species List, or that has not been approved by the Urban <br /> Forester. <br /> Administrative Order - 17 <br />
