[(f) That portion of a f UD and /or pup subdivision development for <br /> Section 4. Subsection (3) of Section 6.990 of the Eugene Code, 1971 is amended <br /> to provide: <br /> 6.990 Penalties - Specific. <br /> (3) Violation of section [6.305 to and including scction 6.310] 6.315 is <br /> punishable by a fine of a minimum of $100.00 to a maximum of $4,000.000 for each tree <br /> removed, or confinement in jail not to exceed 100 days, or both fine and imprisonment. <br /> In addition, the city attorney, upon request of the city manager, shall institute any <br /> necessary legal proceedings to enforce the provisions of section [3 6.305 and 6.310] 6316 <br /> of this code. <br /> Section 5. Section 7.990 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereby amended, and a new <br /> Section 7.995 added thereto, to provide: <br /> 7.990 Penalties - <br /> [Specific] General. Violation of any section in this chapter is <br /> punishable by fine not to exceed $500.00. <br /> 7.995 Penalties - Specific. Violation of section 7.665 to andincluding section 7.670 <br /> is punishable by a fine: of a minimum of $500.00 to a maximum of $4 000.000 for each -tree <br /> removed, or confinement in jail not to 'exceed 100 days, or bothfine and imprisonment. <br /> In , addition, the city attorney, upon request of- the city manager' institute any <br /> necessary legal proceedings to enforce the - provisions= of sections 7 665 and 7 70 of tb s <br /> code.
