(3) The city managcr or dcsigncc may attach conditions to the approval <br /> 7.680 Street Tree, Preservation Permit issuance. <br /> (1) Except as provided in subsection (2) of this section a permit shall: be <br /> effective on,the date °issued, unless'a different date is specified in the permit. <br /> (2) If an application is granted after public notice - and an opportunity for <br /> comment; is provided under section 7.670 (5), and comments werxeceived,rthe permit <br /> shait' effective; -for a period of 15 days from the date of the decision of the city <br /> manageror designee, or, in the event an appeal sis filed under section 7.685, °seven days <br /> from the -date 'of the decision of the hearings officer. <br /> (3) A permit shall expire at midnight on the one year, anniversary of„the <br /> date of issuance ofthe permit. <br /> [6.325]7.685 Street Tree Preservation - Appeal. Any person who is denied a permit, <br /> or is granted a permit with conditions, may appeal the denial or imposition of <br /> conditions, by filing a written notice of appeal with the city manager or designee within 15 <br /> days of the date of denial or the date of issuance of the permit with conditions imposed. <br /> In addition, any person who provided comments on an application pursuant to section <br /> [6.310(6)] 7`:67,0(5), and who is dissatisfied with the action of the city manager or designee <br /> Ordinance - 13 08/22/97 <br />
